All products sold on this platform are manufactured and fulfilled by Sai Colours, the gifting division of Live Visions.

- Provide accurate and complete information when registering or placing an order.
- Not use this website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
- Not copy, modify, or distribute website content without permission.
- Accept that Live Visions reserves the right to modify or withdraw the website, products, or services at any time without prior notice.
3. Product Information
We strive to display product details, descriptions, images, and prices as accurately as possible.
However:
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
- Customized products are crafted as per the approved designs shared by the customer.
- All measurements, engravings, or personalization requests should be confirmed by the buyer before production.
Live Visions and its brands shall not be held responsible for design or personalization errors submitted by the customer.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices listed on www.domygifts.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payments are securely processed through Zoho Commerce’s integrated payment gateways such as Razorpay, Paytm, or Cashfree.
- We do not store your credit/debit card or banking information.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

5. Orders and Customization
a. Retail and Wholesale Orders
- Orders can be placed directly through our website.
- For bulk or corporate orders, customers may contact us directly for special pricing or customization support.
b. Custom Orders
- Once design or engraving proof is approved by the customer, production will begin.
- Customization is done strictly as per details shared and approved by the customer.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled or refunded after production has started.
- We may send digital proofs or samples for client approval before final production.
- All products — customized, personalized, or standard — are considered final sale items and non-returnable.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted logistics partners.
- Delivery timelines vary based on product type, customization, and location.
- Any delivery delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
- Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.
Customers are requested to inspect packages upon delivery. In case of visible damage during transit, contact us within 24 hours with supporting photos.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
As all our products are custom-made, personalized, or manufactured to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Refunds will only be issued under the following rare conditions:
- If the wrong product was delivered compared to your order confirmation.
- If the product was damaged during shipping (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with images).
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
All decisions regarding refunds or replacements are made at the sole discretion of Live Visions / DoMyGifts.

All trademarks, logos, brand names (DoMyGifts, Sai Colours, Live Visions), product designs, images, and website content are the intellectual property of Live Visions.

While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, Live Visions and its brands will not be liable for:

- Delays or losses caused by third-party courier or service providers.
- Typographical or pricing errors on the website.
- Errors due to incorrect information or design approvals submitted by the customer.
Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of these third-party sites.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
