Cancellation Policy

At DoMyGifts, every order is handled with care and crafted to perfection. Since most of our products are customized, personalized, or made-to-order, we begin processing immediately after payment confirmation.

This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how cancellations can be requested.


1. Cancellation Before Production


We understand that sometimes customers may need to modify or cancel an order.
You may request an order cancellation only before the production process begins.

Once we verify that production has not started, we will process your cancellation request.
Please note:

    • Cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on the order stage.
    • If approved, refunds will be issued after deducting payment gateway or transaction processing fees.



2. Cancellation After Production Has Begun


Once the customization, engraving, printing, or production process has started, we cannot cancel the order under any circumstances.
This applies to all:

    • Personalized gifts
    • Corporate bulk orders
    • Luxury bespoke products
    • Any product requiring customization, branding, or special materials

This policy ensures that resources, labor, and materials already allocated are not wasted.




3. Cancellation of Non-Customized Orders


If your order includes a standard (non-customized) product, cancellation may be possible only if the product has not been packed or shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping costs or payment gateway fees (if applicable) will be deducted before processing any refund.




4. Refund for Approved Cancellations


If your cancellation request is approved:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • Any transaction charges, gateway fees, or administrative costs will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
    • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.



5. Cancellation by DoMyGifts


In rare cases, DoMyGifts reserves the right to cancel an order under certain conditions such as:

    • Product unavailability or discontinued items
    • Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website
    • Incomplete or unverifiable payment
    • Shipping to restricted locations

If such cancellation occurs, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer within 7–10 business days.




6. Updates and Revisions


DoMyGifts reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our website or placement of new orders after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
