Q: How do I place an order?
Simply choose your product, customize it (if applicable), add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You can also contact us for assistance or bulk requirements.

Q: Can I see a preview before production?
Yes. For personalized and bulk orders, we provide a digital design proof / mock-up for approval before production.

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once customization or production has started, cancellation is not allowed.

Q: Do you offer customization on all products?
Yes. Most products on our website can be engraved, printed, or branded with names, photos, logos, or messages.

Q: What files do you accept for logo or artwork?
We accept PNG, JPG, AI, CDR, SVG, or PDF files. High-resolution files are recommended for best results.

Q: Will the final product match the digital mock-up exactly?
We aim for very high accuracy, but minor variations in color, engraving depth, or texture may occur due to material and production differences.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship across India and internationally.

Q: How long will delivery take?

  • Customized orders: 3–7 business days for production

  • Bulk orders: Timings may vary depending on the order quantity, product and several other factors which will be informed while contacting us.

  • Shipping in India: 2–8 business days

  • International shipping: 7–20 business days (location dependent)

The above days may vary depending on some of the external factors

Q: How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

PAYMENT & INVOICE

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets via secure payment gateways.

Q: Will I receive a GST invoice?
Yes, GST invoices are provided for all domestic orders. Corporate customers may submit their GSTIN for business billing.
