Returns & Refunds Policy
1. No Returns Policy
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Incorrect size, color, text, or design provided by the customer
- Personalization errors submitted during order placement
We request all customers to double-check details such as spellings, dates, logos, or images before final approval.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are offered only under the following exceptional situations:
- Wrong Product Delivered – You received a product that is completely different from your confirmed order.
- Damaged Product on Arrival – The product was physically damaged during shipping or manufacturing before delivery.
In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Your order number and contact details
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
3. Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In cases of replacement, the replacement product will be shipped free of cost once the issue is verified.
- If we determine that the damage was caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification after delivery, the refund or replacement request will be declined.
All refund or replacement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Live Visions / DoMyGifts.
4. Cancellations
Since each product is made to order:
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
- For urgent cancellation requests, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
- If production has not yet begun, we may approve cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds for approved cancellations (if any) will be processed after deducting transaction or processing fees charged by the payment gateway.
5. Damaged Packages on Delivery
If the outer package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery:
- Please take clear photos of the package before opening.
- If you suspect internal damage, open it carefully, record the process, and contact us immediately with the visuals.
- Do not discard packaging materials until your claim has been resolved.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:
- All personalized or engraved gifts
- Bulk corporate or event orders
- Limited-edition or clearance products
- Custom-designed or bespoke luxury gifts
